What if I need New Spectacles?

If your prescription has changed or your spectacles need replaced, we will discuss this with you at the end of the eye exam. The optometrist will always bring a selection of frames with them to the examination and therefore you will be able to choose a frame whilst we're there. We will be able to advise on the most appropriate lenses. Once the spectacles are ready we will contact you to arrange either for delivery or for a family member to collect them from the Practice.

You may also get a Voucher towards the Cost of Glasses or Contact Lenses if you:

  • Receive, or your partner receives, Pension Credit Guarantee Credit (the 'guarantee credit' element)

  • Have a valid NHS tax credit exemption certificate or have a valid HS exemption certificate (HC2 or HC3)
